FAQ
In Person Personal Training
What is Personal Training?
Personal Training is one-on-one instruction that incorporates a fitness assessment, goal setting, fitness skill & technique and health education into challenging workouts designed for your individual needs.
How long does it take to see results?
You may be able to see results in the first 4-8 weeks. This depends in large part to your eating habits. If you do not eat right, you will not get far.
How come the scale shows me as being heavier, yet my body fat is less?
Well, your muscles use glycogen to perform resistance training. So are you start to weight train, your muscles will use store more and more glycogen. This in turn can make you heavier. Also, keep in mind, while a piece of muscle and fat both might weigh 5IBS, fat takes up 3 times as much space as muscle!
What if I cancel a session?
A client who fails to appear for a scheduled training appointment or who cancels an appointment without a minimum of 24-hour advance notice will be charged for that appointment or deducted a session from their personal training package.
How do you take payment?
Usually checks and cash. Credit cards can be used but checks and cash are more preferred.
Online Personal Training
Why should I sign up up for online personal training?
- It’s the future of personal training.
Many gym goers are blessed with the motivation and dedication in order to make a difference to their lives. Unfortunately, what most lack is the application of key training principles such as overload, specificity and recovery. This gap in knowledge will stunt progress and lead to the inevitable tediousness and boredom.
By following my workouts I will eliminate the guess work to ensure your individualised programme delivers exactly what you have requested.

- It’s a better value for money.
- Your program is flexible and designed around you.

All workouts are tailor made for you in accordance with your personal aims and goals. Everybody is different, so what may suit one person is not necessarily applicable to the next.
